The latest NSD log can be found in ~/Library/Application Support/Lotus Notes Data/IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT (look for nsd*.log). The latest Crash Reporter log will be in ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter (look for Notes*.crash if you're using Basic, eclipse*.crash if you're using Standard). Please include both logs since they contain different information.
You can clear your eclipse workspace by deleting ~/Library/Application Support/Lotus Notes Data/Expeditor/.metadata. (You'll have to do this in Terminal because the folder is invisible in the Finder.) Or delete the entire Expeditor folder.
To start over from scratch, remove the entire Lotus Notes Data folder and Notes Preferences (which is in ~/Library/Preferences).
No need to uninstall/re-install to reinitialize your Notes data, but the Uninstaller application was included with the installer if you want to go that route.
